"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted at Breaking the Spines, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
This week, I am super excited for Empower by Jessica Shirvington, the final book in the Embrace series. My biggest pet peeve with books? When the same book, in the same language, comes out months apart in two different countries. Empower has been out in Australia since last fall, which is where the author lives, but doesn't come out in the US until May. How is that fair? It's the same book! You don't even need to translate it! Anyways, rant over, this series is amazing. I'm sad to see it end, but I want this book in my hands NOW! The cover is gorgeous, and is a little different than the rest of the covers. Looking at the covers alone, the reader can really see the journey that Violet has gone through!
