Welcome to Characterize It, a meme held every Thursday and hosted by The YA Book Butterfly. It's a weekly meme, each week featuring a different characteristic. This week's theme is still good: character that retains their likability throughout the series.

With many books, the main character is awesome, except for the half of a book where I just want to stab the main character and all her friends. There almost always comes a point, where I can't get over how stupid/weak/annoying the main character is acting. Off the top of my head, the character that really retains their likability the best is Kylie from the Shadow Falls series. I have reread those books so many times, and not once have I wanted to kill her. She does some embarrassing stuff, but that's life. I really like Kylie's character, and can't wait to read the spin-off series!
